FOUNDER & COACHWith over 25 years of experience spanning a variety of industries, both for-profit and non-profit, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with senior leaders and organizations on a global scale. My journey has been marked by a dedication to understanding and navigating the complexities of leadership, particularly during pivotal moments such as mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, leadership transitions, and organization transformations.
As a PhD in organizational psychology and seasoned executive in a variety of organizations (e.g., fortune 500, start-up, large philanthropic organizations), I bring a unique blend of insight, empathy, and strategic acumen to my coaching practice. Having personally made significant transitions between industries, countries, and roles, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and rewards of leadership growth and transition. My background in organizational psychology uniquely equips me to guide individuals and teams through periods of uncertainty, facilitating meaningful dialogue and fostering resilience amidst change.
Throughout my career, I’ve led Human Resources teams with a focus on shaping the workplace of the future, implementing a systems approach to culture that fosters productivity and effectiveness on a foundation of innovation and belonging.
